It is the fastest way to share information and for airport staff to share updates as items are found. Items left on aircraft

For lost suitcases and items left on aircraft, contact your airline.

Items left at TSA checkpoint areas

If you left an item at a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint, contact TSA by filling out TSA’s online form. The hours of operation are Sunday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Items left in transportation vehicles

Check with the transportation company for items left in taxis, buses, vans, rental cars, and other public vehicles.
